1. Returns
Custom items cannot be returned. However, if you received damaged items please reach out to us at info@gateway-apparel.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right
2. Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, at check out there will be an option for FREE local pick up and the address
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
4. How long will it take for my custom order to be completed?
Production times will vary by the size of your order. Once all the requirements are met, the estimated time will be between 5-7 business days.
5. I need my logo in a different size or placement that the options pictured. What should I do?
We'll be happy to send you a quote with the image/logo size and placement desired. Reach out to us at info@gateway-apparel.com or use the "Get A Quote" button at the end of this page.
